These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customer, merchants and/or contributors of content.

Our store is created with WordPress and WooCommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Terms of Sale
We make every effort to ensure that all info on our site, including photos and descriptions of our products and listed prices, are accurate at all times. We endeavour to ensure that the colours and images of our products are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot be responsible for variations between different computers and devices.
All of our crystals, minerals and accessories are natural products. Inclusions and markings are natural and do not constitute a fault.
Where a photo is generic and there is more than one crystal available, we will select your crystal carefully and intuitively.
Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping within the UK
Shipping costs will be calculated according to the weight and size of your order.
Your order will be despatched from the UK via a Royal Mail tracked service. You will be able to select your shipping service at checkout. When you place your order, postage costs will be displayed in your shopping basket before you pay for your order.
We aim to despatch your order within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. During busier periods this may take up to 7 days.
Larger and higher value items may be sent via courier, please contact us at time of purchase if you .
Once your item has been dispatched we will provide tracking information.
All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions. We cannot be liable for any loss or damage caused by our carrier.We do not deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
Please note that you are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot be responsible for delayed or lost packages if the shipping address provided is incorrect.
International Shipping
Your order will be despatched from the UK via a tracked service. You will be able to select your shipping service at checkout.
Shipping sizes are calculated according to the size and weight of your package and your postal address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check if any taxes and customs are applicable.
Once your item has been dispatched we will provide tracking information. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages, or damage caused by our courier or postal service.
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please allow up to 14 working days for your item to arrive.

Returns Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange, any product you return must be dispatched within 7 days of us approving the return, in the same condition as you received it, in the original packaging, via a tracked service and with proof purchase. Payment for return shipping is your responsibility.

We will reply with instructions of how and where to send your package. Please note you will be responsible for all postage costs.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns will be refunded once the item has been received and inspected.
We will contact you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded the value of your returned item(s). Please bear in mind that it can take time for the bank or credit card company to process a refund.
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the item, so we can evaluate the issue.
Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours at hummingbirdcrystals@gmail.com, giving details of the order number.
Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days of receiving your return.
Once we have received your request, we will contact you to process your cancellation.

Nicky makes no claims, promises or guarantees. The client is solely responsible for their own health and wellbeing, and for continuing their own medical treatment and care. When you book a treatment with Nicky Symons you are agreeing to and accepting the above terms.
Payments
Payments for in-person treatments may be made in cash at the time of treatment, or in advance through this website or via PayPal.
All distant healings and sessions are payable in full ahead of the session.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment either online or in person, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee or may be credited towards a future treatment.
