A gorgeous crystal which in heart form reminds you to be compassionate with yourself and listen to your heart rather than other people’s opinions. Despite its name, lemon chrysoprase is a yellow-coloured variety of magnesite, or magnesium carbonate, which is popular for stress relief and emotional release.

Lemon chrysoprase is said to balance the brain and, through that, the emotions. It is said to help release self-judgement and shame, stress and past hurts, and lead you to a feeling of safety.
On a spiritual level, this crystal is said to help you listen to your guides and activate your inner knowing, in your heart.
Magnesite may support energetically in the same ways as magnesium:
It may relax and release tension from muscle tissue and fascia, and alleviate muscle spasms.

Care: This is quite a soft crystal, I like to give lemon chrysoprase a quick rinse under cold water but do not recommend immersing it or leaving it out in the rain.
