Nicky’s Story

I first came into contact with complementary health 30 years ago, because I had hit a wall. I had a number of health issues which weren’t improving, I was at war with my body and I went looking for answers.

When the crystals came calling I felt like I’d come home. They have been a huge and intrinsic part of my life since then, which is why I offer them here alongside my healing practice.

Since childhood I struggled with my health. Among other things I have had chronic eczema and asthma, Epstein Barr virus, liver disease, pancreatitis, gall bladder removal and polycystic ovaries. Then there was inherited family trauma and, unsurprisingly, fatigue, mild depression and a complete lack of confidence and self-belief. My body was so out of whack that one problem was leading to another and I couldn’t see a way forward.

My healing journey has been extensive and it has also been my biggest teacher. Just like the cells in our body, we are all connected to each other, and it gives me joy to be able to pass on what I have learned.
